    What data we process

    For enquiries and bookings we process your first and last name, e-mail, phone number, country, stay dates, number of guests and your message. When you browse the site we process technical data (shortened IP address, device and browser type, language, referral source) and - only with your consent - statistical data about how the site is used.

    Purposes of processing

    We use your data to answer enquiries, handle and confirm bookings, issue invoices and meet legal obligations, and - with your consent - to measure traffic and improve the content of the site.

    Legal basis

    We keep the legal bases clearly separate. Google Analytics, Google Signals and any advertising or personalisation features rely solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and never on contract or legal obligation. Booking and contact requests are processed for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data we must retain because of legal obligations, such as invoices and records, is processed under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

    Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode v2

    This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8NRR97E7WS) together with Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, every analytics and advertising storage category is set to "denied", so no cookies are written and no device identifiers are read. If you decline, Google receives only anonymous, aggregated cookieless signals. If you accept, GA4 measures visits, page views and basic interactions with an anonymised IP address.

    Data transfers

    With your consent, measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Booking data is processed by our hosting and e-mail providers inside the EU.

    Retention periods

    Booking data is kept for up to 10 years because of accounting rules. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 2 years after the last communication. Analytics data in GA4 is kept for a maximum of 14 months and the record of your consent choice for 6 months.

    Recipients and third parties

    We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website, send e-mail and keep our books, and only to the extent required for that service. The contact page shows an embedded Google map that is loaded from Google servers.

    Your rights

    You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@stomorskaapartments.com; we reply within one month at the latest.

    Withdrawing consent

    You can withdraw or change your analytics consent at any time through the "Privacy settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

    Complaint to a supervisory authority

    If you believe the processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
